The crew behind Quality Cattle consists of five women: Roosa Honkanen and Mimma Määttälä, who started the project as a duo during their acting studies at Copenhagen International School of Performing Arts. After the first demo version of the piece, the duo joined forces together with Assemble Theatre Collective and their artistic director Carol Hayes, who helped them to develop the production to it's next stage. In the summer 2022 the team found a scriptwriter Leah Serinsky to develop the text further. Later on the group was joined by an actor Johanna Matilda Valle who performed the role of Display Model 72, an examplary piece of the human cattle.
